BioDri can be used in poultry houses for
various situations. Suitable for odour control, assists with
drying litter when birds are scouring, eg during a Necrotic
Enteritis challenge—when birds are being challenged they
will shed harmful bacteria onto the litter which may lead to
cross infection to other birds. It can be spread under drinkers
to dry and sanitise the litter and hence reduce the growth
of harmful bacteria. Also suitable for spreading prior to
introduction of the litter and top dressing when birds are in
houses. BioDri is completely harmless to the birds.

SolvXtra is ideal for the removal of faecal
matter and soiling on farms and in the hatchery; and for the removal of organic soiling especially fats and greases.
SolvXtra will remove stubborn fats and grease from all
processing equipment such as shackles and cutting blades.Pale yellow liquid. An alkaline blend of non-ionic
and amphoteric surfactants in an aqueous solution incorporating a biodegradable sequestrant for superior
hard water performance.
Recommended Dilution Rate:
Spraying: Manually prepare a 1% (1:100) solution of SolvXtra or use dosing
equipment to achieve this dilution. Spray using a low pressure lance onto all surfaces at an application
rate of 1:100. Hot water (60-65oC) will improve the effectiveness of the product particularly in high grease
situations. Allow contact time 15-20 minutes prior to thoroughly washing all surfaces with water at
high pressure. Higher concentrations may be required under heavy soil conditions.
Foaming: Manually
prepare a 2% (1:50) solution of SolvXtra or using dosing equipment to achieve this dilution.
Apply using a foam lance onto all surfaces. Allow a contact
time of 15-20 minutes prior to thoroughly washing all surfaces with water at high pressure. Higher concentrations may be required under very heavy soil conditions. |

BioFoam E is a blend of high-foaming surfactants, foam stabilisers and alkaline builders. Its powerful
detergent activity, combined with the prolonged contact time through its foaming properties, facilitates a
thorough cleaning, even with heavy soiling, throughout the whole spectrum of livestock production. Used as
a pre-wash foam, the heavy duty formulation is designed to tackle the most stubborn levels of soiling in
all livestock housing, equipment, vehicles and holding areas, giving simple removal of organic matter and
reducing the amount of water required to wash, therefore reducing cost.
BioFoam E should be applied via a power washer set at high pressure (3000 psi) with a foaming lance
or other foam generating equipment.
Recommended Dilution Rate:
Apply at a dilution rate of 1:100 to 1:200 depending on the level of soiling. |

BioScale is a concentrated descaler for removing limescale from livestock drinking systems.
Dilute BioScale with water, flush system with fresh water to waste after descaling. Regular
treatment is advised to prevent limescale build up. Bleed to end of all pipes, leave for a minimum
of 6 hours, then clean header tanks and flush out tanks and pipes to waste.
Recommended Dilution Rate:
Use one part BioScale by five parts water (1:5). |

removes stubborn soil in all livestock housing, equipment, transport and holding areas.
BioCleanse 3000 is a specially-formulated blend of quaternary ammonium compounds, non-ionic surfactants and
sequesterants. It is equally effective in both hard and soft water and will remove biofilms. Use as a
wash in the cleaning and disinfection cycle, after a pre-wash, but before terminal disinfection.
Recommended Dilution Rate:
General purpose application, apply at a dilution rate of 1:500 to
1:1000 depending on the level of soiling. |
